Navigating college financial aid doesn’t have to be a solo mission! East Hamilton High School invites seniors and their families to FAFSA Support Night on Wednesday, February 18th.
Financial aid experts and counselors will be on-site from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM to provide one-on-one assistance with the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Completing this application is the essential first step to unlocking federal grants, work-study programs, and—most importantly for our Tennessee seniors—maintaining eligibility for the TN Promise scholarship!
To make the most of this session, please bring the following:
- FSA ID: Create your username and password at StudentAid.gov at least 3-5 days before the event. (Both student and one parent need their own!)
- Social Security Numbers for both student and parents.
- 2024 Federal Income Tax Returns and W-2s (The 2026-27 FAFSA uses “prior-prior” year tax info).
- Records of untaxed income and current bank statements.
- A list of colleges you are interested in attending.
