The AP Program has partnered with Clothes Bin® to help reduce clothing waste in our landfills and raise funds for our school!
According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, only 15% of clothing waste is recycled each year. The remaining 85%—over 17 billion pounds—ends up in landfills. Fast fashion is overwhelming our environment, but together, we can do something about it.
Clothes Bin® collects unwanted shoes, clothing, belts, and other textiles like sheets, towels, and bedding. This includes items that are too worn out for traditional donation—so this is your chance to give those pieces a second life.
