Having Chromebook Issues?
For students experiencing difficulties with their devices, have two options. The fastest option is to have a teacher complete a Help Desk ticket for the student. Within a few hours the teacher will receive instructions to forward to the student to get their device from the stand in the cafeteria. This is fast and easy! The most important thing is to make sure that the device is swapped within 24 hours of receiving the code for it to work.
The second option is to have students fill out this form, but be aware that only 1st period is available to help students with their devices. Students will be put on a list and teachers can send them down during 1st period only.
