Let’s flood the halls with school spirit all week long, leading up to our big Friday night rivalry matchup as Hurricane Football takes on Ooltewah!
π Best Dressed Contest
Each day during Spirit Week, a Best Dressed Student will be chosen!
- The Prize: Winners earn 1 additional Dress Down Day on the Thursday before Winter Break!
- 5 Total Winners: One student will be selected each day (MondayβFriday). An email will be sent out to faculty and staff daily to identify our winners. Go all-out with your outfits!

π Monday, October 5 β Pajama Day
- Theme: Kick off the week comfy in your appropriate pajama wear!
- π« No Hoodies
- π€ Onesies: Allowed only if there are no hoods.
- π Footwear: Slippers, Birkenstocks, athletic slides, and Crocs are allowed.
- π Bottoms & Pajamas: Leggings are allowed as long as the shirt fully covers the rear; sweatpants are allowed. All pajamas must be size-appropriate and conform to general dress code standards.
π» Tuesday, October 6 β Decades Day
- Theme: Throw it back to your favorite era!
- π« No Hoodies
- π§’ Hats: Allowed, but must be appropriate for a school setting and removed when requested by faculty or staff.
- π Bottoms & Outfits: Leggings allowed (shirt covering rear), sweatpants, overalls (worn properly), and shorts (meeting dress code specifics) are permitted.
- π Footwear: Birkenstocks, athletic slides, and Crocs are allowed.
π€ Wednesday, October 7 β Country vs. Country Club
- Theme: Flannels & boots or polos & visorsβchoose your side!
- π« No Hoodies
- π§’ Hats: Allowed, but must be appropriate for a school setting and removed when requested by faculty or staff.
- π Clothing: Dresses of an appropriate length, shorts (meeting dress code specifics), leggings (shirt covering rear), and sweatpants are allowed.
- π’ Footwear: Boots, Birkenstocks, athletic slides, and Crocs are allowed.
π Thursday, October 8 β Role Reversal Day (Teachers Dress as Students / Students Dress as Teachers)
- Theme: Swap styles with your favorite faculty members!

- π§’ Hats: Allowed, but must be appropriate for a school setting and removed when requested by faculty or staff.
- π Bottoms: Leggings allowed (shirt covering rear), sweatpants, and shorts (meeting dress code specifics) are permitted.

π’ Friday, October 9 β Spirit Day
- Theme: Show your Hurricane Pride! Wear Green, Black, White, or EH Spirit Wear!
- π« No Hoodies
- π¨ Painted Jeans: Allowed! All words and graphics must be school-appropriate.
- π Bottoms: Leggings allowed (shirt covering rear), sweatpants, and shorts (meeting dress code specifics) are permitted.
- π Footwear: Birkenstocks, athletic slides, and Crocs are allowed.
